We offer phone, online and remote support services to Canadian business people on bookkeeping, accounting and using the Simply Accounting by Sage software.  We have been supporting and consulting in these areas for over 25 years.

A Real Time Solution

Our support service offers real time solutions via the Internet. We link directly to your computer to see exactly what is happening in your Simply Accounting system and then we provide a solution. We help you resolve issues quickly so you can continue with your day-to-day business activities.

How It Works

To send us a question or support request, complete the form below. When we receive your request, we will contact you by email or phone to confirm your question or information, and to advise the assistance you will receive, the time required and the cost. You will be required to provide us with you payment ( by Visa or MasterCard) before support will begin.

Cost

All support calls and services are subject to an administration fee of $15.00. There is a minimum charge of $45 per support session.

Cost for 15 minutes support time:$30 + $15 = $45
Cost for 30 minutes support time: $60 + $15 = $75
Cost for 45 minutes support time: $85 + $15 = $100
Cost for 60 minutes support time: $100 + $15 = $115
